Investment Team Submitted Asset

Assets submitted by the Phractional Staff of industry experts. These assets go directly to the funding phase.



Member Submitted Asset

Members can submit assets they would like to participate in to a general forum. Also, if a member finds a profitable asset or a good deal on an asset they can submit it to the team to fast track the asset. Bounties are paid for approved assets.

Member Support & Interest Level

Assets summited to the general forum are then subject to members showing support by a vote.

Cooperative Vote

Assets with top level support of the members are then put to a vote by the cooperative for approval. Due diligence will be preformed by the Phractional staff.

Asset Opened For Membership Funds Pooling

Assets are opened to members to participate in funding through the purchase of shares. A variety of shares maybe made available with different terms.

Asset Acquired then Posted for Fractionalization

Asset is purchased in a structured sub-cooperative. Then fractionalized shares in the assest are offered to members.

Asset is purchased in a structured sub-cooperative. Then tenant owner shares are sold to would be tenants.

Asset costs such as Taxes, Maintenance, Insurance & Utilities are shared by owners. Phractional owns the  asset and offers a lower entry to the cost of housing.
