Phractional will structure the asset in a sub-cooperative. Asset costs such as Taxes, Maintenance & Licensing are shared by asset owners. Phractional manages the asset with the fees collected.

Yacht shares can be for new or used vessels. In the co-op any member can suggest a vessel. Then the details of the vessel are collected and due diligence is performed. Shares are determined by the value of the vessel, rooms and operation. Owners can decide to sell 100% of the shares or a portion thus retaining interest in the vessel for usage. Operation costs are covered by the shareholder in proportion to shares held. Costs can be offset for unused time. Phractional will provide a scheduling app for convenience and management.

RV Motorcoach shares are for new coaches only. Up-to 50 members can participate in ownership. Costs can be offset by renting for unused time.
